For me, there is so much truth in these images! I’m still laughing.
How I think I look and reality
I’m still plugging away training for the Color Run in July. I’m using a treadmill and the C25K app. I’m determined to keep at it no matter what I look like (see above photo). I’m also looking for healthy recipes. Do you have any to share??
My name is Pam and I am so glad you stopped by today! I started this blog to document my journey into motorcycling and along the way I met so many other lady riders with inspiring stories to tell I began to share theirs as well.
About the same time I started this blog I joined Twitter (@helmetorheels) and began to meet other female motorcycle riders. These ladies were so inspiring to me because I found other newbies like me to life-long experienced riders who were willing to share encouragement, tips, and their friendship. I was welcomed where I was on my journey. What an incredible community I found online to fuel my desire to ride. Catch us on Instagram @helmetorheels and Pinterest @helmetorheels – we are just getting started!

Ha, now that is funny stuff. I felt like that when I did the 5k with SpartanBabe.
Hmm healthy recipes you say. Are you thinking low fat? High protein? Think veggies and more raw than cooked maybe. I have lots of vegan recipes but not all are healthy necessarily.
Trobairtiz – I’m really trying to stay away from refined and processed foods. Veggies, protein, and healthy fat are what I’m aiming for!
Priceless!
Oh my!! Second laugh in as many minutes. I love it!!
Take a look at http://www.skinnytaste.com for some great recipe ideas. Even some good ideas for comfort food or “sweets” alternatives.
Thanks! I’ll check out that site. Glad I was able to make you smile,.
Pam:
I never thought for a moment that it wasn’t you in that top photo.
